Charlotte Latin School

Evan Taylor joined the Latin coaching staff in 2022 as an assistant with the varsity baseball program. He was born and raised in Charlotte and graduated from Independence High School, then went on to play baseball at Lenoir Rhyne University, where he still holds the record for home runs and RBIs. Taylor returned to his alma mater to coach varsity baseball before opening Tribe Fitness in Cotswold in 2014. He and his wife, Mariel, have two young sons.
