Tiffany was a powerhouse on Latin’s soccer field. After losing in the prior year’s state championship game to Country Day, her senior team had a winning record of 17-1-0 and went on to win the conference tournament and the state championship. A team captain, Tiffany was named All-Region, All-State first team in addition to All-South, All-American, team MVP and State Player of the Year.

A stand-out player at Ohio State University for four years, Tiffany earned the following honors and awards:

  • Scholar Athlete - 1994 1995 1996 1997
  • Big-Ten Conference Medal of Honor Finalist - 1997

  • Second team All-Big Ten - 1994

Upon graduation from OSU, she played with and was captain for Charlotte Speed (1997–1999) and played under Coach Lee Horton again for the Charlotte Lady Eagles (2000–2004). In 2002, Tiffany was on the W League All-Tournament Team (Final Four). For years she participated in the Charlotte Eagles Soccer Club, Missionary Athlete International soccer tours traveling to Sweden, Czech Republic, Africa, and more.

Tiffany has coached soccer on many levels in the Charlotte area — from Charlotte Soccer Academy to North Meck Eclipse Select to Davidson College. She is currently the head girls soccer coach at Carmel Christian in Charlotte.
