Coach Doby joined the CLS volleyball staff in 2022. Originally from High Point, NC, she was a three-sport athlete in high school, earning All-Conference honors in volleyball and basketball while also contributing on the softball team. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science at UNC Charlotte while playing club volleyball and coaching 8th and 9th grade students at Carolina Juniors Volleyball. Now working as an Employee Benefits Data Analyst with USI Insurance Services, Coach Doby enjoys the outdoors with her dog, Blake and playing local pick-up sports in her spare time.Â
