Coach Cross joined the Charlotte Latin girls’ lacrosse program in 2025, coaching at the JV and middle school levels. She brings more than a decade of coaching experience working with athletes from middle school through high school. A former standout player, Coach Cross was a team captain at West Forsyth High School in Georgia and continued her playing career at Young Harris College, where she also served as team captain. She was named Conference Co–Player of the Year in 2019 and helped lead her teams to three consecutive conference championships from 2016 to 2018. Coach Cross holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media Communication and Cultural Studies with a minor in Spanish from Young Harris College. Outside of coaching, she works as a financial planner and wealth management analyst with Morgan Stanley, based in the SouthPark area. She lives in Charlotte with her bernedoodle, Shaq, and her cat, Roarie.
