Charlotte Latin School

Coach Smith has more than fifteen years of lacrosse coaching experience, most recently as an assistant at Ardrey Kell High School. He played NCAA Division III lacrosse at Whittier College (Whittier, CA) and also played two years in the National Junior College Athletic Association. Smith has two undergraduate degrees from the University of Maryland and a graduate degree from Wingate University. His wife, Lucy, is a guidance counselor at Charlotte Latin and their children attend the school. He joined the Latin coaching staff in 2019.
