Charlotte Latin School

Coach Matrejek joined the Latin faculty as an Upper School math teacher and a varsity swimming assistant coach in 2022. She previously taught and coached at Independence High School, and continues to coach the summer league swim team at Pine Lake. In addition to teaching Upper School math, Coach Matrejek volunteers as the prom planner, tutors extensively, and is known for her creativity and skill with crafts. Coach Matrejek is the oldest of five children and earned her degree in education from Western Carolina University.
