Charlotte Latin School

Hailey Lippe joined the CLS coaching staff in 2022 as an assistant with the middle school girls' lacrosse program. She graduated from UNC Charlotte with a degree in exercise science and with minors in chemistry and biology, and has plans to apply to medical school. In the meantime, she works as a caregiver for special needs children and adults, serves as the president of the UNCC women's club lacrosse team. She moved into the 7th grade girls' lacrosse head coach role in 2023.
