Seniors Griffin Cheatwood and Kelsey Sciacca have been named Rolex Junior Scholastic All-Americans for their combined academic and athletic performance. They are two of only 56 student-athletes to receive the honor, which is determined by the following criteria: A top-10 finish in an American Junior Gof Association (AJGA) Open or Invitational event (played between Oct. 10, 2024 – Sept. 1, 2025), a minimum test score of 1450 SAT, 33 ACT and a minimum 3.5 weighted GPA on the 4.0 scale or 90/100 scale. This year's honorees averaged a high school GPA of 4.46, SAT score of 1508 and ACT score of 34.4. See the full list of Scholastic All-Americans here. 

Kelsey recently finished second individually to help the Charlotte Latin Girls' Golf team earn their first-ever NCISAA Championship. She is committed to continue her education and golf career at Washington and Lee University in Virginia. Griffin finished third at last spring's boys' NCISAA Championship, helping the Hawks to their third consecutive state title. He is committed to continue his education and golf career at Davidson College. Congratulations to both of these talented Hawks!
