Coach Irvin joined the Charlotte Latin Dance program for the 2024–2025 season, bringing over 20 years of experience in styles including ballet, jazz, pom, tap, and hip hop. She trained at Johansen’s Olympia Dance Center and competed with the Tumwater High School Dance Team, earning 12 state titles and 10 national championships. At Queens University of Charlotte, she was a six-time national title placer and served as dance team captain from 2021 to 2023. Jane currently coaches cheer and dance at Queens and teaches at Jami Masters School of Dance. She holds a B.A. in Multimedia Storytelling and works as a fitness trainer with West Kept Secret, trainers for the Carolina TopCats. Jane lives in Charlotte with her husband, Eric, their two dogs, two cats, and is expecting their first child in February 2026.
