Charlotte Latin School

Dawn Collier oversees FLIK Food Services at Charlotte Latin and is an ardent Hawks fan who joined the coaching staff in 2024 to support the field hockey program as the Middle School head coach. She added supporting roles in middle school girls' basketball and middle school girls' lacrosse the same year, and became the head coach of the middle school field hockey team in 2025. Coach Collier's daughter, Ellé, is a Latin Class of 2024 alum and former standout goalie for the varsity field hockey team.
