Charlotte Latin School

Coach Ford joined the CLS basketball program in 2025 bringing a strong background as both a player and coach. A Division III All-American and Academic All-American at Nazareth College, he went on to work in player development with the Dallas Mavericks before coaching at the University at Buffalo and Myers Park High School.  In addition to his coaching experience, Mitch works in software sales and as a basketball trainer. He holds a B.S. in Business Management and remains connected to the Charlotte Latin basketball community through former players and coaches.
