Charlotte Latin School

Coach Cahill joined the Charlotte Latin varsity baseball coaching staff in the spring of 2026, bringing more than a decade of coaching experience and a strong background in player development. A former five-year varsity baseball player at Kingswood Oxford School in Connecticut, his playing career was cut short by injury, leading him to begin coaching at an early age.

Coach Cahill holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Performance from the University of Tampa and previously worked in sports performance at Queens University of Charlotte. Before joining Charlotte Latin, he spent two years teaching and coaching at The Winchendon School in Massachusetts, where he led player development for the varsity baseball program. In addition to coaching, Coach Cahill is a faculty member at Charlotte Latin and is passionate about using baseball to teach leadership, character, and life lessons while helping student-athletes reach their full potential.
